Reema Siraj

Reema Siraj is an internationally recognised pastry chef, cake designer, sugar flower artist, and educator whose work is celebrated for blending refined artistry with exceptional flavour. With over a decade of experience, she has inspired thousands of students and cake artists around the world through her signature teaching style, luxury cake designs, and innovative edible art.

Her work has been showcased on some of the industry’s most prestigious platforms, including Festival of Cake at Expo City Dubai, where she created one of the event’s featured opening showpieces, and Salon du Chocolat Dubai, where her breathtaking suspended floral installation demonstrated the limitless possibilities of sugar and wafer paper artistry.

Reema’s work has earned international recognition, receiving nominations across several prestigious cake awards and publications. Her celebrated floral installation was recognised with Editor’s Choice – Best Sugar Flowers by D’licious Magazine, while her work has also been featured and nominated by leading international cake publications and competitions.

As an international instructor, Reema has conducted masterclasses across the UAE, UK, Sri Lanka, India, Saudi Arabia, Oman, the Maldives, Singapore, and Nigeria, helping students develop not only technical skills but also their own creative identity. Her passion lies in empowering artists to move beyond simply decorating cakes and towards designing edible works of art.

Today, alongside creating luxury wedding cakes and artistic installations, Reema combines her expertise as both a pastry chef and cake designer to develop elegant desserts, signature recipes, and immersive educational experiences through Reema Siraj Studio.
