For physical workshops you'll get the venue address and arrival instructions in the days leading up to the event.
Yes ù once you purchase an online tutorial it's yours for life. Sign in any time and visit My Videos from your profile menu to re-watch the lessons whenever you need a refresher. There's no monthly fee and no expiry.
For physical workshops, registrations are fully refundable up to 14 days before the workshop date. Within 14 days we can move you to a future workshop (subject to availability) but cannot offer a cash refund as venue and materials have already been booked on your behalf. Online tutorials are non-refundable once your account has been granted access, since the content is delivered instantly.
